doum1004 b23e8c0b81 Phase 3: Index + Log + Git Commands ...

Add bookkeeping and git operations:
- wiki index show/add/remove with auto-section detection
- wiki log show/append with --last and --type filters
- wiki commit with auto-message from last log entry
- wiki history with per-file support, wiki diff
- IndexManager and LogManager in src/lib/
- 22 new tests (68 total)
